Invendica Legal Version 5 (ILV5) builds upon the core program functions of prior versions and adds many new user friendly features. ILV5 is an easy to use cloud based application residing on Invendica’s secure Cloud servers, enabling legla knowledge workers to have access to their documents via the Internet. The Company reports ILV5 works with software applications already on your computer like Adobe® Acrobat® and Microsoft Office applications to display native files for viewing.
In addition, the Company reports that ILV5 includes a new software scanner interface which enables users to scan and code their documents for upload into ILV5 database from a local scanner. The software allows the user to define a time or interval for the scanned documents to be uploaded (via encrypted transfer) to Invendica’s secure Cloud servers. Documents are automatically placed in the Collection and Category defined by the user in the scanning process.
In addition to managing Discovery Documents, ILV5 can be used to organize and manage administrative paperwork, correspondence and business records. You will always know where your documents are and will be able to retrieve them quickly.
The Company reports that ILV5 is highly customizable allowing users to define field names, field data formats and field order. Further, the Company contends that they are willing to customize ILV5 to meet the specific needs of their clients.
