Millnet, an Advanced Discovery Company, today announced that they have achieved kCura’s Relativity Best in Service designation – Orange Level. As one of only two Orange Level Relativity Hosting Partners in Europe, Millnet has been recognised for providing an exceptional end user experience, best in class Relativity delivery and proven customer satisfaction.
Having recently been acquired by Advanced Discovery, the combined companies can now offer two Orange Level data centres – Kansas, US and London, UK. The scale and expertise of the combined operation is also reflected in the Relativity certifications achieved by the team; including 42 Relativity Certified Administrators, 13 Relativity Review Specialists and 2 Relativity Masters.
“We are extremely proud to have achieved Relativity Best in Service designation for the fourth year running” commented James Moeskops, Managing Director EMEA. “Our upgrade to Orange Level status reflects our growth over the past 12 months and our continued commitment to service delivery and adding value to the client experience.
In a market where lawyers and general counsel face a bewildering range of choice over which firm to choose for Relativity and ediscovery expertise, Millnet is committed to standing out from the pack and offering a higher level of expertise and service to our clients. ”
Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners’ individual data centres in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations and core Relativity certifications.
“As a Relativity Best in Service partner, Millnet has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to their customers,” said Andrew Sieja, President and CEO of kCura. “We’re excited to recognise their achievement.”
